Obituary of Haven Elizabeth Thrift

HAVEN  ELIZABETH  THRIFT

Kingsport-  Haven Elizabeth Thrift, who was born on February 19, 2004 and went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on Thursday, November 1, 2018.  Haven attended Jefferson Elementary, Robinson Middle School, and was currently attending Dobyns Bennett High School.  She was cheer captain at Robinson Middle School and was currently in Drama Hawks.  She was also in band at Robinson all three years.  Haven loved to go camping with her family, and especially anything adventurous.  Even at a young age, she impacted many lives throughout this area.  Haven Elizabeth was preceded in death by her grandmother, Linda K. Thrift; great grandparents, Archie and Mary Young, Hazel Taylor, Jame Clifford and Della Thrift.

Haven Elizabeth Thrift is survived by her loving parents, Kasey Elizabeth and Steven Thrift; her beloved sister, Trinity Thrift; grandparents, Gary and Marilyn Taylor, Jim and Angie Thrift; great grandparents, Christine and Peter Gipp along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many special friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 5^th, 2018 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at First Broad Street United Methodist Church or friends may also call anytime at the residence of the grandparents, 4507 Old Stage Road in Kingsport.  A celebration of her life will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, November 5, 2018 at First Broad Street United Methodist Church with Pastor Tony Marshall, officiating. A private graveside service with immediate family only will be conducted at a later date.
