Obituary of Beula Warner

BEULA  (BOOTS)  WARNER

Kingsport-  Beula (Boots)  Warner, 95, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord peacefully on Friday night (December 28, 2018).  She was born in Russell County, Virginia and had resided in Kingsport for over 65 years.  Beula was truly a devoted wife and mother for many years.  Beula loved to sew, work around the house, and cook for her family and friends.  Most of all, she loved her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her church.  Mrs. Warner was a longtime member of Cedar View Independent Methodist Church  where she loved attending the Ladies Sunday School Class.  She was preceded in death by husband, Paul T. Warner; parents, Wilson and Mary Francisco; sisters, Jean Garrett and her twin sister, Brown Gibson; brothers, Gaines Francisco, Jack Francisco, and Wayne Francisco; special nephew, Bill Francisco

Beula (Boots) Warner is survived by her sons, Donald P. Warner and wife, Donna, Roger L. Warner and wife, Shirley, Max Warner and wife, Becky; her grandchildren, Jeff Warner and wife, Christy, Julie Warner, Brad Warner and wife, Ammie, Brent Warner and wife, Carrie, Rhett Warner and wife, Morgan, and, Bartt Warner; 8 great grandchildren; her faithful and devoted nephew and niece, Rudy Gibson and Ginger Couch; a longtime friend and neighbor, Lorraine Courtney along with her beloved friends, Doug and Janice Ferguson.  A heart felt thank you goes out to the staff of Nova Healthcare for the special care given to Beula for the past 19 months. 

A visitation will be held on Monday (December 31, 2018) from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at Cedar View Independent Methodist Church.  A funeral service will be conducted on Monday (December 31, 2018) at 12 noon with Dr. Jim Fields, officiating.  Music will be provided by Mark Ferguson.  A graveside service will take place on Thursday (January 3, 2018) at 11 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery with her grandchildren and Rudy Gibson serving as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers will be Doug Ferguson, Joe Haynes, Gary McGhee, and Johnny Hubbard.  Family and friend attending the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cedar View Christian School, P.O.
