We will miss you Joe. But we know that you are with Kay the love of your life. You would have been so proud of the service. The family, Pastor Jeff, Carter and Trent Funeral home. Our church members served a wonderful dinner for our family. The sun was shining at the grave site, and so many friends showed up to say goodbye. Fly High. Give Kay a hug for us. Sandy

I will miss my father in law. But Joe told us many times, that he was ready to be reunited with his loving wife. Kay, was the love of his life. I would like to thank Carter and Trent funeral home, the VFW, pastor Jeff Deboard for giving Joe a beautiful service. I would also like to thank everyone for their prayers. Our church members for the lovely meal they prepared. I can except Joe being gone, knowing he is with his savior and his love ones. Fly high Joe.

My deepest sympathies to Mr. Chapman’s family. I went to Scott County Vocational Center while Mr. Chapmen was there. He was a wonderful leader to us and he was fair to everyone. Always friendly and asking how you were. He will be greatly missed.
