Mrs Tarwater was such a special lady in my life. As a young mother of three away from all family, she and her husband stepped in as “grandparents “. She was always quick to babysit them when I had Dr appointments, church activities, or even just a time to get away by myself. She was always an example of the Proverbs 31 woman to me. She was a great testimony for our Lord! Rejoicing that she is home with her Father in heaven. Waiting for the day when I will join her and my Lord! Praying for God’s grace, strength, and mercy for the family.

One of my favorite memories of Jesse happened at a women's retreat. We were each supposed to tell a story of something that no would would guess we had done, and Jesse told us that she had once packed a potato peel sandwich for Tommy's lunch. She really had a great sense of humor!
Jesse was also a wonderful homemaker and a great example to a younger generation of wives. I'm so thankful for the years we were privileged to have spent with Jesse in Williamsburg. I look forward to seeing her again when my time of this earth is over.

Dear Brenda and family,
So very sorry to hear about your mom. I am sure she will be greatly missed just like Tammy and I miss mom but there is a wonderful peace and assurance that we will see them again. Praise His Holy Name. Due to the time of the viewing and funeral unfortunately we will be unable to attend but wanted you all to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Praying God will give you blessings and strength in the days to come.
