DAVID MAURICE “SQUEAKY” FIELDS

II Timothy 4:7&8

David Maurice “Squeaky” Fields, age 54, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at his home with his family by his side. He had served as Sunday School Superintendent at Hickman Memorial Baptist Church and was retired from his family business. David enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles. Most of all he loved his family and being with his church family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Fields; maternal grandparents, Henry and Ludie Surgener; and paternal grandparents, Newton and Esther Fields.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Fields; son, Adam Fields and wife, Candice; granddaughter, Raylianna Fields; grandson, Brycen Hartgrove; mother, Wanda Fields; 2 brothers, Tim Fields and Sammy Fields; sister, Kim Woods and husband, Gary; and nephew, Christopher Woods.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Andrew Memorial Baptist Church. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm with Pastor Jimmy Gross and Bro.
