Kingsport – Hubert Kyle Moore, 81 of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 30, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital in Bristol. He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Kyle was retired as owner and operator of Stone Drive Exxon.

Kyle is survived by his son, David Moore and wife Teresa; grandson, Robert Michael Moore; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home.

A funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Will Shewey officiating.

A military graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Oak Hill Memorial Park with the American Legion Hammond Post #3/265 conducting the rites. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 9:45 a.m.
