Obituary of Daniel Milo Holbrook

Daniel Milo Holbrook, 62, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 23, 2020.

Daniel was born on December 8, 1957 in Abingdon, Virginia to the late Elbert Holbrook and Edna Lambert Holbrook. Daniel worked for 37 years as a coal miner before his retirement. He also owned and operated a Bel Air Grill in LaFollette, TN. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Pamela Holbrook; brother, Doyle Holbrook; and son in-law, Justin Vance.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Lisa Holbrook; daughters, Danielle Vance and Morgan McKinney and husband Corey; grandchildren, Audrey, Colton, Hazel, and Daniel; brothers, Rodney Holbrook and Larry Holbrook; sister, Sandra Sullivan; Along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Carter Trent Funeral Home, Downtown Kingsport.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
