Obituary of Dallas E. Vaughn

Dallas Vaughn, 85, of Kingsport, TN went to be with the Lord on December 16, 2020.

Dallas was born in Hawkins County, TN. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. and served during the Korean War. He was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church and served in the Knights of Columbus.

Dallas is preceded in death by his parents, Mona and Wiley Vaughn; a brother, Coy Vaughn; as well as his wife, Janice Powers Vaughn.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Doug (Darlene) Vaughn, Angela Heeringa, Randy (Sharon) Vaughn, Jeff (Jeanne) Vaughn, Alan (Kristi) Vaughn, Tina Vaughn-Aguirre, Darla (Mike) Thyng, Dean (Stephanie) Vaughn, and Abby (Brent) Mullins; 18 grandchildren, several great grandchildren; siblings, Flora Shelton, Gary (Betty Ann) Vaughn, Tara Ursini; sister in-law, Sherrie Vaughn; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Mountain Home National Cemetery at a later date.
