Obituary of Peggy Trevitte

Peggy Trevitte, 87, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Thursday, May 18, at Church Hill Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on February 10, 1936, and she graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School. A lifelong resident of Kingsport, she worked at the Tennessee Eastman Company as well as the law firm of Moore, Stout, Waddell & Ledford. Peggy was a member of Kingsport Community Church and also attended Taylor Baptist Church. She loved her family, her friends, her cats, her church, and her community.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Trevitte and her daughter, Tracy Lynne Morse.

Peggy is survived by her son,Chad Trevitte; daughter-in-law, Alexandra Keefe; and her cats Boomer and Gigi.

A memorial service will be held at Carter-Trent Funeral Home on Sunday, June 4, at 3:00 PM. Those wishing to attend are asked to arrive by 2:50 PM.
