My deepest condolences to the family for your loss of a kind, carrying soul and Pastor. Brother Barker gave me my first and only Bible study. He told me later my questions would send him home with a headache and lead to research for answers. I learned much from his wisdom.

Kathy and family,
Condolences to the family may the Lord comfort you. Brother Barker was a great man of God. I can remember him from the early 1970's at the Morrison City Church. What a great church we had!

Keith and I were best friends the early grade school years at Jackson. His dad took us to eat at the Texas Steer and we went to movies downtown Kingsport together. We played at his house and mine in Fort Robinson after school sometimes. I always wondered what became of Keith after his family moved to the Bloomingdale are I think. Now I know he was successful in what he wanted in life and had a huge favorable impact on his family and others. I am proud to have been a small part of his life.
