Obituary of Stanley Fields

Stanley "Stash" Fields, 57, of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord and his parents, Ernest and Sophia Fields, Thursday morning, February 6, 2014 at his residence surrounded by family, after a short illness. He was born in Rockland, Massachusetts, and had lived in Kingsport since 1990. Stanley was a painter by profession. He was of the Catholic faith. The family would like to extend a special thank you to caregivers of Amedisys Hospice. Surviving are his loving wife of eight years, Carolyn Fields; his children, Stacia Mott, Paul Fields and Cristy Joseph; grandchildren, Cassidy, Devon and Jackie; sisters, Paula Fields and Katherine Connors and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 5 pm Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Promise Land, 540 Brookside Dr., Kingsport with Pastor Donnie Derrick officiating. A flag will be presented by the American Legion Post 3/265 prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Promise Land, 540 Brookside Dr., Kingsport, TN 37660.
