Obituary of Lisa Ellen Waters

Lisa Ellen Waters, 49 of Church Hill, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Holston Valley Medical Center following a long illness. Born in Fort Lewis, Washington, Lisa had lived most of her life in Kingsport before moving to Church Hill. She was preceded in death by her father, Don Waters; brothers, Brian and Mark Waters; maternal grandparents, V.H. and Mary Webb. Lisa is survived by her mother, Geraldine Webb Snow of Church Hill; son, Vernon Waters of Kingsport; several other family members. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill, TN. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Hagan Webb officiating. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Webb Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:55 a.m. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, Church Hill is serving the waters family.
