Obituary of Eloise Delores Heitz

Eloise Delores Blakely Heitz, 82 of Mount Carmel, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Born in Sullivan County, Eloise had been a resident of Hawkins County for most of her life. She was retired from the Kingsport Times-News where she worked as a binder and a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Heitz; brother, Bill Blakely Eloise is survived by her daughter, Vicky Wallen and husband David of Church Hill; son, Johnny Lynn Heitz of Kingsport; granddaughters, Jennifer Worley and husband Todd and Bridgett Arnold; special great-grandchildren, Ava and Aiden Worley; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 1115 Hwy 11W, Church Hill, TN. Friends may also call anytime at the residence. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Ronnie Trent officiating. Music will be provided by Mountain View Baptist Church Choir. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Liberty Hill Cemetery. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. to go in procession to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to those who sat with Eloise while she was in the hospital.
