Obituary of Corbin Lynn Begley

Corbin Lynn Begley, 22, of Newport, TN went to be with the Lord Sunday, June 8, 2014. He was born in Kingsport, had lived in this area most of his life and was currently residing in Newport. Corbin graduated from Sullivan South High School in 2010. He was a former employee of Munchies Gas Station in Fall Branch. Corbin was a loving father, husband, son and brother. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and anything outdoors. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Joe Herron, Rev. Mike Vicars and all the family and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Orben Begley. Surviving are his loving wife, Rachel Carter Begley; son, Jeremiah Gage Begley; mother, Brenda Beard; father, Martin "Marty" Begley; sister, Leandra Seymore and husband, Paul; brothers, Shawn Wray and Matthew Lee; maternal grandmother, Dora Holliman, maternal grandfather, Charles Beard; paternal grandmother, Patsy Ferguson; several aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 1 - 3 pm Sunday, June 15, 2014 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 520 Watauga St., Kingsport. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 3pm in the funeral home chapel with Joe Herron and Rev. Dewey Shaffer officiating. Music will be provided by the Calvary Free Will Baptist Church singers. A graveside service will held at 3 pm Monday, June 16, 2014 at Tri Cities Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Family and friends are asked to meet at Carter-Trent Funeral Home at 2 pm Monday to go in a procession.
