Even though I only knew Ron a short time, I so appreciated his quick wit, smile, laugh, his kindness and humbleness. I will miss my interactions with him.

Ronnie was a school friend from Tri-cities Christian High School and we were in some piano recitals with piano teacher Mrs. Isabel Kerney. Our mothers were friends and we often went midnight bowling. I am thankful we reconnected on Facebook this year, enjoying his political views and basic core values and laughter.

Ron was such a thoughtful person. He was always there when a person or animal needed him. I remember when he tried to raise a baby squirrel from his backyard. He was a wonderful friend to me and his co-workers. Our tears have been shed and we look forward to the day we will be together and no tears will be shed. Ron, you are with your family now and you will have a wonderful reunion. I guess you are telling them the story of the hot dog and I will be waiting for you to tell it again when I see you. Remember, you promised! Thanks for being my friend for all these years. I miss you so much.

Ronnie the last time you left our home little did we know within two days you would be fighting for your life due to a horrible automobile accident. It’s going to take some time to realize you are gone, it’s so hard to grasp that. I know you are in a much better place but all your friends are heartbroken. I am so sorry but we will meet again one day. Rest In Peace my friend.

God has a new Angel, and we all lost a great friend. I will always remember your great smile and your great sense of humor. I know that's what I am gonna miss most of all. Nobody has the same sense of humor like me and you. My heart is breaking but at the same time, I am happy for you because I know you are dancing with the angels. My prayers and love go out to your family. Love, Beverly Housewright and family.

Ronnie was a very special man. Sweet, smart, funny, caring, compassionate, honest, hard working. He loved his fur babies more than life itself. I would laugh so hard at his stories. And you haven't been on a road trip until you went on one with him. I miss him so much. He was my cousin, my best friend and most importantly my brother in Christ.

Ron was a very dear friend, he always had an entertaining story to tell, and enjoyed life to its fullest extent. An infectious smile, and a genuine laugh, and whether 4 legged or 2, he stood ready to help wherever there was a need. Extremely talented and a great friend to all who knew him, he will forever be missed.

I worked with Ron at Citi. He had a sense of humor that was very rare. He had a kind soul and loved all animals. I miss his stories he would tell and how he would bust out laughing before he was done. Ron will be missed but always remembered as a good Christian man who loved his church, his workfriends and his family. RIP Ron.
